Your use of this website and any order you place through this website are subject to these terms of business.

SALE OF GOODS

These terms and the order constitute the whole agreement between you and us for the sale of the goods. Any amendments thereto must be confirmed in writing. Please ensure that you are happy with these terms before you submit the order, because you will be bound by the terms once a contract comes into existence between us.
Any photographs, samples, drawings, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any colours, images or illustrations, are offered solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us for the sale of the goods.
The order is an offer by you to enter into a binding contract which we may accept or decline at our absolute discretion.
These terms shall become binding on you and us when we issue you with an order confirmation, at which point a contract shall come into existence between us.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms from time to time. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time that you order the goods from us, unless any change to these terms is required by law or government or regulatory authority (in which case, it will apply to orders you have previously placed that we have not yet fulfilled).

CONTRACT CANCELLATION -  Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish to do so, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Lime Lace via email with full details of your order.
Products that fall into the following categories will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty;

  • Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed

  • Printed to order wallpaper, personal grooming products, confectionery, and earrings.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please email info@limelace.co.uk If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


THE GOODS

These terms do not affect your legal rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

We will take all reasonable steps to pack the goods properly and to ensure that you receive your order in good condition.

We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident and/or negligence by you or any third party, if you use the goods in a way that we or the manufacturers do not recommend, you fail to follow the manufacturer's and/or our instructions, or due to any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.

All product names, copy, product images, buttons, website graphics are copyright of Lime Lace Ltd. No unauthorised use of copy, product tiles or product images may be used without express permission or approval by Lime Lace Ltd.

PAYMENT

We use the online payment gateway Shopify Pay. All transactions made through our payments gateway are encrypted so every card transaction is safe and secure. We adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
We also accept payment with PayPal and Klarna

DISCOUNT CODES

Please note that some items and designers are not eligible for discount codes, including but not limited to Ornate Garden, Whistler Grills and Maze. We are happy to price match these items if you find them cheaper elsewhere, please get in touch to discuss. 

Code HOME5 will allow 5% off non sale items between the value of £50 and £750. Code LIME10 will allow you to take 10% off any non sale items over the value of £750. Temporary special offer codes may appear on site for limited times during sale periods or for flash sale events. Discount codes will not work with sale items. 

We will try to beat a price match against any like for like quote, but please note in some circumstances it will not be possible for us to do so.
