Delivery & Returns

Delivery Objective:

At Lime Lace we offer the fastest and secure delivery experience for our customers.  

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Please visit the ‘Delivery Tab’ on the individual product page of the item you are interested in. Average delivery time is 2-5 Days.

*Please note all Items are shipped direct from our designers, we will forward the tracking details by email as soon as we receive them.

Delivery Charges:

Standard UK delivery is £4.75 and free on orders over £100.

Wallpaper Sample UK delivery is £1.50

Europe Tracked delivery is £29.

Worldwide Tracked delivery is £50.

(Please note for Europe and Worldwide delivery this is for items 5Kg and under, if the parcel measurement exceeds this we will contact you after you have placed your order to confirm the exact delivery charge)

Returns:

We strive to deliver all orders in safe and secure manner but if by any chance your product arrives damaged, or there is an issue which cannot be resolved with either a full replacement or replacement parts, Lime Lace will collect the items free of charge and issue a full refund. Further reductions to the refund may be made if the item shows signs of use or damage.

We hope you love your items, but if this is not the case please do contact us to discuss your order and check the returns policy as each item is different depending on the designer. Please email us at info@limelace.co.uk let us know and we will inform you of the returns address, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt.

Any products originally shipped direct from our international designers will will need to returned to their returns address. Please contact us for the returns address. All goods must be returned in original condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you want to return an item of furniture you must notify us within 14 days. All costs incurred through shipping are non-refundable and the customer bears all return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@limelace.co.uk if you require any assistance.

Please note wallpaper samples and all Wallpapers are non refundable unless faulty, please purchase a sample prior to placing your order to check colour and design in person. 

Please note some items are non-cancelable & non-refundable, these include:

    • Any item made to your specific requirements such as Art work printed to your colour specification.
    • Any personalised item which can't be resold due to a bespoke element. 
    • All Wallpaper printed to order.

iBride accept returns for faulty goods.

Graypants Lights accept returns for faulty goods only.

Mineheart charge a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
