Personalise with any text you choose. Up to maximum of 10 lines of 35 characters. In a mixture of upper and lower case. Please ensure you fill out the box with exactly how you wish it to be printed.

Please note the copper cards will have been polished with a special wax in an effort to protect them and minimise the metal developing a tarnish. Copper and brass will naturally develop a tarnish (otherwise known as patina) when it comes into contact with natural skin oils as well as other substances (perfumes, lotions etc). The colour and depth of the patina will vary depending and may be stronger for some and weaker for others. You can clean the tarnish from a copper cuff using everyday household items such as buffing the cuff with a mixture made of salt and white vinegar.
The process of hand stamping each letter involves force and as such can sometimes leave indentations on the reverse of the metal. This is not considered a defect but adds to the charm of a hand stamped piece.
At Lime Lace we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will offer a full refund for any item that has arrived faulty or damaged. Please ensure you inform us with 24 hr of receipt.
If you've simply had a change of heart, please email info@limelace.co.uk and we will inform you of the returns address, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt.
Please note some items are non-refundable unless faulty, these include:
- All Wallpapers & Fabric as we do not hold stock and every roll is printed to order.(Please ensure you have ordered a sample prior to proceeding with a full roll)
- Any item made to order
- All paint orders are tinted and made to order
- Any personalised item which can't be resold due to a bespoke element
